The St. Pierre Alliance is a Benefit Company registered in the State of Utah.
Why utah?
Utah is currently one of only five states that has the option to form Benefit Limited Liability Companies, so we organized there.
why are you not a nonprofit?
We considered forming as a 501c3 nonprofit and realized that the structure would create administrative and organizational complexity that is not necessary for our cause. After researching our options, we decided that the Utah Benefit Company best fits our model and mission. Learn more.
What is a benefit company?
According to Utah.gov, "...Benefit Companies are different from traditional LLCs in regards to their purpose, accountability and transparency. The purpose of a Benefit LLC is to create general public benefit, which is defined as a material positive impact on society and the environment." Learn more.

Our Transparency and accountability
We submit our annual report for public view with the state of Utah and publish it on our website.
Furthermore, while we are not required to publish financial information, we elect to post on our website our profit and loss pie chart for the 2022 calendar year.

How are scholarships funded?
Membership subscriptions into the Alliance fund scholarships, performance coaching, summits, and other organization expenses.
Any money paid to the St. PIerre Alliance is made with the understanding that The St. Pierre Alliance has complete control and administration over the use of the funds.
are membership subscriptions tax deductble?
No.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Memberships renew monthly. No refunds on paid memberships.
